This miniature machine is designed to weigh small products with high accuracy. The machine can be setup to "count by weight" for products with stable and repeatable unit weight.

Typical applications: Chewing gum counting, seeds counting and/or weighing, etc.

Counting - dosing machines for seeds.

- These machines are based on years of research in the field of counting seeds with high accuracy at a maximum possible speed.
- The machines consist of a small container where the seeds are stored, and a vibratory output specially designed for different seeds, without being involved in complicated adjustments.
- The seeds are spread by 2 additional vibrating channels, to bring them aligned one by one at a minimum distance between them.
- The seeds are fed through high sensitive photo-detectors, and by reaching the required number of seeds, a set of 2 different gates closes and allows the seeds to be dosed at the end one by one, while the channels being closed are used as collecting holder for the next dose.
