SLV-50

Tadbik Systems’ SLV-50 Shrink Sleeve Applicator applies full body shrink sleeve labels as well as tamper evident bands, at speeds up to 6,000 containers per hour. This versatile applicator can be used for a wide variety of products and is designed to be incorporated into your existing production line, using your conveyor. It comes on a pedestal, without an enclosure.

Utilizing a rotary cutting unit equipped with one AC stepper motor, the SLV - 50 will provide accurate cutting and extended blade life. The SLV - 50 is capable of using a variety of materials such as PET, PVC and OPS, with a thickness between 40 - 60 microns.

With a touch screen operator interface and quick changeovers, the SLV - 50 is operator friendly with minimal down time - critical features to maximize productivity.

- Diameter - 50 mm to 130 mm.

- Made of PET, PVC, and OPS.
- Thickness: 40 - 60 microns.
